Dust Mite Allergy Symptoms

Dust Mite Allergy

Dust mite allergens can be produced by either the body parts or waste product of dust mites.  The dead bodies and waste residues may still be on your bedding even though the dust mites may be dead.  We recommend doing a wash a week after first implementing Greenfirst products to your bedroom in order to reduce these allergens after they are eliminated.

Some symptoms you may experience due to a dust mite allergy would include:

Runny or Stuffy Nose with possible Postnasal drip (Mucus that flows from your nose to your throat)

Itchy Eyes, Nose, Mouth, or Throat

Sneezing and/or Coughing

Skin irritation

The common symptoms of a dust mite allergy to a cold has confused some.  Dust mite allergy is sometimes thought of as a year-round cold.  If you have these symptoms year-round, please consult your doctor for an allergy test.

Dust mite allergy may also trigger your asthma or inflame your eczema.  If your symptoms for both these conditions seem to permeate year-round, please consult your doctor to see if dust mites may be contributing to your symptoms.
