If you have received the wrong item ...

Please contact us at info@shanscott.com.  Depending on the item and your wishes, we would coordinate the fare back to us and of course ship you the correct item.  We are more than willing to work with you and your wishes.  Just please let us know right away.

If you received an item you wish to return ...

Please contact us at info@shanscott.com.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your shipment, we will take it back within 30 days.  Again, your satisfaction is important to us.  We just ask you let us know as soon as possible.  Returns must be approved before they are shipped back.  Please do not ship back items until they have been approved.  Just because it falls within the 30-day window does not automatically mean it is an approved return.  Our customer care team will guide you through the procedure.  All returns must be in its original packaging, new and unused.  It cannot smell differently from how it was received, have stains of any kind, modified in any way, or have its tags removed.  If these conditions are not met, we will ship the item back and shipping and handling fees will apply.  You will have to provide and take care of the shipping and handling back to us.  However, we understand life is life, and each situation is unique.  Once you contact us, we will strive to come to an agreement where you will become satisfied.  We are more than willing to work with you.  Just please let us know right away.

If you wish to exchange an item for another ...

Please contact us at info@shanscott.com.  We just ask the conditions for returns are met.  Once we receive the item back in the condition described above and adjust for pricing if there is a price difference in the swap, we will ship out the exchange.  However, again we understand the uniqueness of each order and are more than willing to work with you and come to an agreement.  Just please let us know right away.

WHEN SHIPPING BACK ...

Please ship back using a carrier that provides a tracking number and email that tracking number to info@shanscott.com.  We will fulfill the terms of the agreed-upon follow-up actions once we receive the item within one week at the latest plus transit time.  We are not liable for any shipments that are damaged, lost, or stolen.  Just because we're not liable does not mean we won't try to help out.  We are more than willing to work with you.  Just please let us know right away.
